Welcome. I am a photographer based
in Sheffield, UK. On these pages you will find a selection of my monochrome
work, much of it shot using infrared film. Feel free to drop me a line by

Much of what is here is broadly "travel photography", mostly taken during trips abroad. I also do a good deal of landscape work, often in the Peak District national park which is close to my home. Having been a keen darkroom worker for many years, I have now moved to a digital workflow, although I still dabble in alternative photographic processes.
On this site you'll find an archive of my pictures and some biographical notes. There are also some technical articles that I have written for the Royal Photographic Society Journal.
